Being curious at every turn
We bring science to life and nurture little scientists. The Loony Scientist creates hands-on STEM activities for elementary-age children that they love. These experiential learning activities are available as do-it-yourself kits and we also do workshops. We are a not-for-profit and for the 'love for science' organization.
What we believe
Kids have a natural interest and curiosity in exploring how things work. They are natural-born scientists.
Our aim is to
to nurture this natural curiosity about science in the child’s mind.
by connecting science to daily lives.
To make them understand science better, through explorative and creative opportunities
To provide Elementary-age children access to hands-on and interactive STEM activities and experiments
To boost the odds of success by offering a solution that’s cheap—or, even better, free when it’s required. The aim is not profit but to spread the magic that’s science.
All proceeds, sponsorships, donations or sale money from our science kits will be used for buying and donating Laboratory equipment to schools or institutions for the underprivileged.
My focus will be to enable inclusion and target at the grassroots level to bring about engagement beyond the conventional style of teaching

I am a student in 10th standard in Sanskriti School, New Delhi. I fell in love with science in 4th grade and the love affair continues....
For years, I have been questioning the very nature of everything around me and trying to figure out how I can make my mark in our society. What better way than to share the joy of what inspires me....exploring, being curious and experimenting. I finally decided to own the role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded THE LOONY SCIENTISTS with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and what sparked my interest in Science. I am a Junior Member of The New York Academy of Sciences, and their 1000 Girls 1000 Futures Program.
Besides science, I am a passionate equestrian and compete at the national level.
